- Supervise the Support Services team’s activities during the tender process.
- Co-ordinate contract administration services provided by the Support Services team.
- Ensure the smooth operation of contractual arrangements including price variations, supplier performance reviews, website updates, record maintenance, collection of spend reports, management fees and accounts receivable.
- Assist with customer enquiries regarding Regional Procurement
