Regional Procurement

FAQS

All Regional Procurement open tenders and expressions of interest can be accessed and responded to through our tendering portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement. The tender description outlines the purpose of the tender and lists participating councils.

All companies can register with Tenderlink to automatically be advised when suitable tenders are being advertised.

To register you can contact Tenderlink at 1800 233 533 or support@tenderlink.com

Tenderers must answer all questions and provide all evidence requested in the Tender Schedules to address the required criteria. The information requested is carefully selected to ensure the most suitable supplier or contractor is selected for each contract. It is important to read the tender documents carefully and
become familiar with the specifications, conditions of tendering and conditions of the Contract. A tender that does not include all of the requested details may be deemed non-conforming and not considered further.

All questions regarding a specific tender should be posted to the relevant Forum in Tenderlink. This can be accessed through the relevant tender post. This ensures a written response can be provided to all tenderers at the same time. Other non-tender specific questions eg regarding accessing Tenderlink can be directed to admin@regpro.com.au.

Tender submissions must be lodged to the electronic Tender Box by the date and time specified in both Tenderlink and the Invitation to Tender. It is the responsibility of each tenderer to ensure their response is fully uploaded before the close of tender. Late Tenders may not be considered.

All submissions are formally evaluated by a Panel and then considered by each participating council, which will normally take up to 4-6 weeks. All Tenderers are advised on the tender outcome in writing after council decisions are finalised.
